Lot 14 – Filly, Hanseatic x Atame
This elegant filly by Hanseatic was secured from Forest View Farm for $150,000 for trainer Lindsey Smith. Her dam, Atame, is a half-sister to Listed winner Husson Eagle. Also featured on the page is G1 Golden Slipper winner and sire Stay Inside. She is from Hanseatic’s first crop, and is the ideal type to exceed in Victoria with Lindsey Smith.
Lot 147 – Colt, Yes Yes Yes x Rosebank
The nicest colt in the sale in Boomer’s opinion is also heading to Lindsey Smith with the purchase of this athletic colt by The Everest winner Yes Yes Yes. Purchased for $150,000 from Geisel Park Stud, his dam is half-sister to G3 winner Gabbidon and from the family of G1 Railway Stakes winner Bustler.
Lot 186 – Filly, Toronado x Vivaro
Our third and final purchase for Lindsey Smith was this racy filly by Toronado for $95,000 from the Western Breeders Alliance. Out of the Exceed and Excel mare, Vivaro, this filly is closely related to Listed winner Quidnunc and looked a lot like Elderflower who Boomer and Lindsey combined to have success with and bred on the same cross as this filly.
